Working at Height Rescue Course

Objective
To equip Emergency Response Team (ERT) with the Basic Rescue Skills to conduct Height Rescue in relation to relevant approved code of practice from MOM.
Participants will learn the use of various height rescue equipment, tying of the various knots and the skills required to conduct height rescue.

Who Should Attend
CERT members, safety officers and personnel who need to work at height.
Prerequisite(s)
Participants should preferably have 2 years of working at height experience.
PPE requirements
Basic PPE
(Example, Coveralls or Safety uniforms, Safety Gloves, Safety Helmets, and Goggles)
Health Declaration Forms
The participant is required to fill-up a Self-Assessment Checklist and Fitness
Declaration Form (see Form A below). This form must be submitted to COSEM 2 weeks before the course commencement date. Please download the forms below:
- Form A- (Self Assessment Checklist & Fitness Declaration)
- Form-B (Information for doctors certifying fitness for participants)
- Form-C (Certificate of Fitness)
