HazMat Incident Response

Fire and Rescue Standby

Fire Safety Enforcement Checks
Building owners are required to ensure compliance with fire safety requirements by conducting regular fire safety inspections. During our inspections, we thoroughly check all means of escape to ensure there are no obstructions and verify that firefighting systems—including portable fire extinguishers, rising mains, hose reels, fire alarms, sprinklers, lifts, exit lighting, exit signs, voice communication systems, and the fire command centre—are in good working condition. At the conclusion of our inspection, we provide a detailed report with recommendations for any necessary follow-up actions.
