WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings (2 Days)

Objective

To prepare Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) members with the knowledge and application skills to function as a member of an emergency response team in order to implement emergency response skills during an emergency incident in buildings.

Who Should Attend

CERT members and staff who are the first to respond to fire emergencies in the Buildings

Prerequisite(s)

GCE ‘N’ Level Pass or WPLN Level 4 or equivalent.

Health Declaration Forms

The participant is required to fill-up a Self-Assessment Checklist and Fitness
Declaration Form (see Form A below). This form must be submitted to COSEM 2 weeks before the course commencement date. Please download the forms below:

• Form-B (Information for doctors certifying fitness for participants)
• Form-C (Certificate of Fitness)
