Prerequisites
CERT members must have attended their respective CERT courses to be eligible for refresher.

Course Details / Duration
- Venue: Can be conducted Onsite at company’s premises/COSEM’s Premises
Duration:
- CERT Refresher Tier 1: 1 day course (8.30am-6pm)
- CERT Refresher Tiers 2 &3: 4hrs (8.30am-12.30pm)
Health Declaration Forms
The participant is required to fill-up a Self-Assessment Checklist and Fitness Declaration Form (see Form A below), if he/she intends to attend the CERT Refresher Training. This form must be submitted to 2 weeks before the course commencement date.
